Who we are, where to find us, and how new and established patients can be seen.
Auria Medical Clinics provides coordinated care in four major areas:
Because these services are available within one practice, we can often coordinate care for conditions that overlap, such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, asthma, COPD, and other cardiometabolic and respiratory disorders.

Yes. We welcome new patients for primary care, pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, and weight management.
Please call our office or use the appointment request option on our website.
Yes. Telemedicine is available for many appropriate medical visits, follow-up appointments, and weight-management visits.
Whether a telemedicine visit is appropriate depends on the medical problem and whether an in-person examination or testing is necessary.

Insurance participation, self-pay professional fees, and what those fees do and do not include.
Auria Medical Clinics participates with many health insurance plans. Because coverage, deductibles, copayments, referrals, and prior-authorization requirements vary by plan, we recommend confirming your benefits with both our office and your insurance company before your visit.
It is important to understand that it is your responsibility to make sure our practice/physicians are covered by your insurance plan; otherwise, you will be charged as a self-pay patient.
Yes. We welcome self-pay patients.
Our current self-pay professional fees are:
The telemedicine fee depends on the length and medical complexity of the visit.
These fees cover the professional visit only. Laboratory testing, imaging, procedures, diagnostic testing, medications, and other services may have separate charges when applicable.
A brief, straightforward telemedicine encounter may require much less physician time than a visit involving review of multiple medical problems, medications, laboratory results, imaging, or development of a more complex treatment plan.
For that reason, self-pay telemedicine visits generally range from $50 to $150, depending on time and complexity.

How our program works, GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pricing, shipping, dosing, and side effects.
We view obesity as a chronic medical condition rather than simply a problem of willpower.
Our approach combines four important components:
Our goal is not simply to help patients lose weight temporarily. We want to help patients develop a strategy they can maintain over the long term.
Yes, when medically appropriate.
Depending on the individual patient's medical history, treatment goals, contraindications, insurance coverage, medication availability, and clinical needs, treatment may include FDA-approved medications or an individualized compounded medication when clinically appropriate and legally available.
A medical evaluation is required before medication is prescribed.
When clinically appropriate for an individual patient and legally available through a licensed compounding pharmacy, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide may be an option.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products and are not the same as brand-name Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®. Treatment decisions are individualized and made after reviewing the benefits, risks, available FDA-approved alternatives, and the patient's medical needs.
Availability is subject to applicable federal and state regulations and pharmacy availability.
When prescribed and clinically appropriate:
Compounded Semaglutide, 100-unit vial: $170
The medication is shipped directly to the patient.
The price includes:
Shipping is generally 2 to 3 days, although delivery times may vary.
Medication pricing is separate from the physician visit fee.
When prescribed and clinically appropriate:
Compounded Tirzepatide, 240-unit vial: $370
At the concentration supplied for this program, the vial can provide up to four weekly 15-mg doses when 15 mg weekly is the prescribed dose.
The price includes:
Shipping is generally 2 to 3 days, although delivery times may vary.
Medication pricing is separate from the physician visit fee.
No.
These medications are generally started at a lower dose and gradually increased according to clinical response, tolerance, medical history, and the prescribing clinician's instructions.
Never determine your dose simply from the number of "units" printed on a syringe. Compounded medications may be supplied in different concentrations. Always follow the exact dose and injection instructions provided with your prescription.
Yes. For the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pricing listed above, standard shipping is included at no additional charge.
The necessary injection syringes and alcohol pads are also included.
Medication generally arrives approximately 2 to 3 days after it is processed and shipped by the dispensing pharmacy.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on pharmacy processing, weekends, holidays, weather, medication availability, and shipping conditions.
No.
Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound® are specific FDA-approved branded medications.
A compounded medication is prepared by a compounding pharmacy for an individual patient when legally and medically appropriate. Compounded medications do not undergo the same FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, manufacturing consistency, and quality as FDA-approved medications.
No.
Prescription medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate. Your clinician will review your medical history, current medications, previous weight-loss treatment, potential contraindications, treatment goals, and other relevant factors.
The availability of compounded medications may also change because of federal regulations, state requirements, or pharmacy availability.
No.
The physician visit and medication are separate charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For self-pay patients:
Medication costs are additional.
Possibly.
Laboratory testing is individualized according to your medical history, medications, symptoms, and health conditions. Your clinician will determine which tests, if any, are appropriate.
Laboratory testing is not included in the self-pay professional visit fee unless specifically stated.
Common side effects may include:
Less common but potentially serious complications can occur. Your clinician will review important risks, precautions, contraindications, and warning symptoms before prescribing treatment.
Medication should always be used under medical supervision.
