If you want to dispute your bill, attach your insurance EOB letter and email your dispute message to info@steadfastpracticesolutions.com
If you are eligible for a refund, it takes up to two weeks to process your request.

If you are a new patient, pre-register in the patient portal, and request an appointment,
if your are an established patient, log in to your account and send your request, to change or cancel your appointment, Please do it no later than 48 hrs prior to the appointmen date and time
Fast options to refill your medications:
1-Request a refill through the patient portal
2-Ask your pharmacy to send an ePrescription request for your physician/provider
3-Ask your pharmacy to fax a refill request to 1-888-814-0930
Please do not call for a refill, plan asking for a refill one week in advance.
To change or cancel your appointment, contact us at least 48 hrs in advance.
For all other questions, please send us a message using the "Contact Us" form
When our office books your appointment, we are setting aside a dedicated time slot just for you. We only ask that if you must reschedule your appointment, that you please provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time slot to another patient who would be more than happy to accept.
There is a charge of $50.00 per no show or late cancellation appointment.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment using the PATIENT PORTAL or if don't have access to the patient portal yet, by sending us a message, please.
Dear valued patient
Effective 10/1/21, all the billing questions and matters will be handled by Steadfast Practice Solutions.
To prevent any conflict on billing claims and balance due statements, it is the patient responsibility to make sure that her/his physician or practice is in the network of her/his insurance, otherwise, the patient will be a self-pay.
We highly recommend calling your insurance and ask if the physician/practice that you plan to see is in your network, before asking for an appointment, unless if you are a self-pay patient.
The Auria Medical Clinics, LLC accepts Medicare, Medicaid (Dr. Araghi, only), and major private payers including United health, BCBS, Aetna, Humana, etc. The practice NPI is
152-843-3455. The practice is a multi-specialty clinic, including internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Sleep and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Zafar is a board certified specialist in internal medicine. Dr. Araghi is board-certified specialists in internal medicine and sub-specialist in Pulmonary, Sleep, and Critical Care and Obesity Medicine.
